Job Description

Sourcing Transitions Lead managing supplier transitions and procurement for JLL’s integrated facilities management contracts. Developing sourcing strategies, negotiating suppliers, and supporting EMEA client pursuits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement and supplier transition activities for EMEA-wide integrated facilities management contracts
  • Develop and execute transition sourcing strategies, including supplier selection, pricing validation, and contract finalisation
  • Lead new pursuit development by creating vendor strategies, engaging partners, developing commercial approaches, conducting pricing exercises, and preparing RFP responses and client-facing materials
  • Negotiate and finalise supplier contracts, including terms, pricing, service level agreements, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with Divisional Sourcing Leads, Geography Leads, Category Management, transition PMOs, operations teams, and client stakeholders
  • Manage supplier mobilization and onboarding, monitor supplier performance, and resolve issues during mobilization and early operations
  • Prepare and present reports on sourcing progress, risks, opportunities, and supplier performance
  • Represent Sourcing & Procurement at client meetings and internal review boards
  • Contribute to process optimization, cost-saving opportunities, AI utilization, and automation initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of relevant sector expertise with strong focus on sourcing, supplier transitions, or supplier management within integrated facilities management or outsourcing environments
  • Understanding of sourcing procedures and protocols, particularly for services contracts
  • Experience working with suppliers across the EMEA region or globally
  • Proven experience managing supplier transitions and mobilization activities for complex, multi-service IFM contracts
  • Experience supporting new business pursuits or bid processes
  • Development of EMEA strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen in procurement, supplier management, and operational transitions
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Creative and strategic thinking with ability to identify and articulate innovative solutions effectively
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and procurement software
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and creative problem-solving
