Job Description
OT Security Sales Specialist developing tailored B2B cybersecurity solutions for Swisscom clients. Driving technical sales, new business, upselling, and cross-selling across industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Key Account Manager team
- Develop and implement tailored security solutions for B2B customers
- Drive customer business through technical expertise
- Support all stages of the sales process
- Advise on and develop tailored OT cybersecurity solutions
- Initiate new business and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Implement strategic business objectives through compelling presentations and sales pitches
- Identify the potential of new technologies for customers and translate it into product development initiatives
- Contribute to business growth as well as upselling and cross-selling activities
Requirements:
- Several years of experience selling IT products and services, particularly in cybersecurity
- Good understanding of industrial control systems, SCADA architectures, building management systems (BMS), and their security requirements
- Experience in OT-relevant industries such as utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, or transport
- Proven experience in OT/IoT/MIoT security projects or OT environments
- Extensive expertise in cybersecurity is a strong advantage
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers through strong negotiation skills and expertise
- Self-motivated, responsible, and confident communicator, particularly when engaging with senior executives
