Job Description

Bilingual Customer Service Specialist handling insurance client inquiries and assisting with policy management. Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction with follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs
  • Proactively reach out to clients regarding their policies
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with potential clients
  • Monitor personal performance and meet targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system
  • Work closely with the customer service team to achieve objectives

Requirements:

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service
  • You're proactive and have strong problem-solving skills
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
  • You're a quick learner with an interest in technology
