Job Description
Bilingual Customer Service Specialist handling insurance client inquiries and assisting with policy management. Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction with follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs
- Proactively reach out to clients regarding their policies
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with potential clients
- Monitor personal performance and meet targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system
- Work closely with the customer service team to achieve objectives
Requirements:
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service
- You're proactive and have strong problem-solving skills
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
- You're a quick learner with an interest in technology
