Job Description
Remote Speech Language Pathologist providing K-12 speech and language services for Ampersand Therapy. Conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with school teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
- Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred, not required
