Job Description
Staff Product Designer leading design integration and user research at a fintech company redefining financial services. Transforming complex financial concepts into visually stunning solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Elevate the credit product experience by transforming complex financial concepts into intuitive, transparent, and visually stunning solutions.
- Lead the design integration of financing services, spearhead critical user research for new credit verticals.
- Serve as the company's benchmark for high craft (UI) and AI innovation, ensuring design acts as a strategic engine for business growth.
- Design and launch interfaces for at least three key products (e.g., Cash Advance, Down Payments) that demonstrably reduce customer support tickets related to product comprehension.
- Deliver a cohesive user flow system that integrates complex regulatory requirements from the CF while maintaining the low-friction experience central to the brand.
- Implement a library of advanced interactions and UI standards that elevate brand perception and professional polish across the entire credit platform.
- Propose and prototype at least two AI use cases that personalize the user experience or streamline the credit application process.
- Execute a continuous cycle of User Research and A/B testing to inform the quarterly roadmap.
Requirements:
- Master in Interaction Design (UI)
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional solutions for complex B2B or financial products.
- Superior technical capability in Figma to create high-fidelity mockups, animated prototypes, and interactions that communicate clarity and attention to detail.
- Deep experience mapping complex user journeys and (UX) flows that span across multiple conversion funnels.
- Apply A/B testing methodologies and data interpretation to transform user behavior insights into actionable design iterations.
- Ability to lead the visual and functional direction for merchant and credit initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Mastery of the full design lifecycle, from primary discovery and research to high-precision technical handovers.
- Demonstrate impeccable time management, accurately estimating and meeting deadlines in a high-velocity market.
- Proactively identify merchant experience challenges and propose solutions without waiting for external direction.
- Show resourcefulness in overcoming technical or business obstacles, maintaining an uncompromised quality standard under pressure.
- Articulate design vision and user insights to diverse stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Engineering) using data-driven justifications.
