Job Description
Staff Product Manager driving transformation and seamless booking experiences for business travel at Engine. Collaborating across functions to deliver impactful solutions and optimize outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define a compelling product vision for the search and shop booking journey with flights, hotels, or rental cars.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders to define and deliver features that improve discovery, selection, and booking.
- Lead the design and rollout of scalable search and shop features that drive conversion, build user confidence, and improve the overall shopping journey.
- Combine customer research, behavioral insights, and experimentation to guide decision-making and optimize outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product management, ideally with experience in travel tech, marketplaces, or booking platforms.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence across teams and functions.
- Deep empathy for users, with a solid understanding of UX principles and the ability to translate customer needs into intuitive solutions.
- Experience using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform roadmap decisions.
