Job Description
Backend Staff Software Engineer building CRM integrations for Outreach’s agentic AI revenue platform. Designing scalable data-integration systems connecting Outreach with applications like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and scalability
- Provide technical leadership, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Contribute to the architectural design of software systems, optimizing performance and maintainability
- Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks, finding innovative solutions
- Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards, identify improvements, and ensure code quality
- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation
- Define technical requirements and drive development of innovative, scalable, and reliable software systems
- Contribute to the Outreach CRM Sync vision and data integration platform
Requirements:
- 5–9 years of strong backend development experience
- B. Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science/IT or a related field
- Proven experience in software development, with a strong track record of designing and building complex systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, or similar
- Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of modern software development tools and technologies is an advantage
