Job Description
Video Producer for Granicus' Swagit Productions team responsible for high-quality video content production. Position is remote for candidates residing in India.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the production of high-quality video content for Public Sector customers
- Take on additional duties as required by the business
- Indexing content
- Conducting quality assurance checks
- Support operational needs as they arise
Requirements:
- Must be fully fluent in English
- Must reside in India to be eligible for this position
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-moving environment
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with video direction or production
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Access to a quiet and professional environment for focused transcription work
- Comfortable using digital communication tools
- Familiar with remote work tools such as cloud storage and virtual meeting software
- Proven ability to direct multi-camera live video productions
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues quickly
- Ability to interpret analytics and viewer feedback
- Strong organizational skills for coordinating schedules, resources, and post-production tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to quickly learn new technologies
