Job Description
Support & Systems Engineer handling Level 2/3 support tickets at a technology MSP. Managing migrations, documentation, and support operations in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support
- Manage SLAs and KPIs for support operations
- Lead system and tenant migrations
- Maintain documentation and improve processes
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Linux, and networking
- Familiarity with VoIP systems and cloud platforms
- Experience with Active Directory and system migrations
