Job Description

Support & Systems Engineer handling Level 2/3 support tickets at a technology MSP. Managing migrations, documentation, and support operations in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support
  • Manage SLAs and KPIs for support operations
  • Lead system and tenant migrations
  • Maintain documentation and improve processes

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Linux, and networking
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems and cloud platforms
  • Experience with Active Directory and system migrations
