Job Description

Entry-level Systems Administrator assisting in system operations and troubleshooting at CSG. Handling Level 1 support tickets and participating in team collaboration activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Level 1 tickets for SWM applications (Jira, Confluence, Helix, ADO)
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 teams
  • Execute routine health checks, backups, and monitoring for SWM platforms
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles in collaboration tools
  • Maintain SOPs, ticket logs, and update knowledge articles for common issues
  • Work closely with the SWM team, scrum masters, and system engineers for operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years in IT support or systems administration; exposure to enterprise applications preferred
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, and service desk tools
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and ITSM platforms like Helix and cloud platforms Microsoft Azure
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
