Job Description
Strategischer Einkäufer bei SIXT, einem globalen Mobilitätsdienstleister. Entwicklung von Real-Estate-Beschaffungsstrategien, Vertragsverhandlung und internationalem Lieferantenmanagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement and category strategies for Real Estate and define global standards
- Execute national and international tenders (RFPs/RFQs)
- Independently negotiate lease, service and framework agreements with landlords and property managers
- Identify and realize cost savings through analysis of cost structures, benchmarks and spend data
- Build and further develop an international service provider portfolio
- Conduct contract and supplier management with KPI control and performance reviews
- Lead optimization projects such as parking management, operating expenses and facility services
- Assess risks and ensure legal compliance
- Implement innovative digital and AI-supported solutions
- Work closely with Real Estate, Finance, Legal and Operations
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field OR commercial vocational training with additional qualifications and relevant professional experience in strategic or tactical procurement
- Experience in strategic or tactical procurement
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Persuasive communication style and aptitude for complex negotiations
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Openness to modern procurement and AI tools
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Additional languages such as French, Spanish or Italian are a plus
- Team-player mentality
