Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner executing hiring strategies across APAC for billups. Collaborating with leaders and managing full-cycle recruiting efforts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Navigate and support regional hiring across APAC, ensuring alignment with local market practices and compliance considerations.
  • Drive consistency in recruiting processes, tools, and workflows across regions.
  • Ensure a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize roles based on business impact and hiring urgency.
  • Collaborate with regional Finance to align hiring plans with headcount budgets and organizational priorities.
  • Partner with regional HR Business Partners on offer strategy, compensation and closing candidates.
  • Collaborate with employer branding and marketing teams to strengthen regional talent attraction strategies globally.
  • Manage and align stakeholder expectations, balancing speed, quality, and business needs.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a mix of agency and in-house preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting regional hiring across multiple locations.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience managing complex, high-volume, or hard-to-fill roles across functions (e.g., technical, commercial, or corporate roles).
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and experience building diverse talent pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of candidate assessment, interview best practices, and closing strategies.
  • Ability to influence offer negotiations in partnership with HR.
  • Experience working with or alongside global HR systems, ATS platforms, and recruiting tools.
