Job Description
Bilingual Recruitment Specialist managing full-cycle recruitment for Mexico-based talent. Assessing English- and Spanish-speaking candidates across BPO and customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across multiple accounts and industries
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Conduct English and Spanish candidate assessments
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet hiring goals and recruitment performance metrics
- Collaborate with recruitment leadership and team members
- Support hiring initiatives and special recruitment projects as needed
- Complete every stage of the hiring process, including an English resume, pre-screen questionnaire, one-way video interview, and live interview
Requirements:
- Previous BPO recruitment experience is required
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices within Mexico
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Previous experience recruiting for customer service, sales, technical support, healthcare, or BPO-related roles
- Previous remote work experience
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team-player mentality with a positive attitude
- Dependable, professional, and committed to delivering results
