Job Description

Targeted Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist managing contributor acquisition funnel for AI development at Labelbox. Responsible for sourcing technical profiles and streamlining onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all job funnels end-to-end, from posting to first completed task
  • Track conversion rates at funnel stages and implement fixes
  • Ensure AI interview gates are functioning well
  • Build and manage the intake process for new sourcing requests
  • Manage relationships with BPOs and external partners
  • Explore and test novel sourcing channels for technical profiles
  • Ensure quality of incoming recruits meets project headcount targets
  • Work with recruiters on role prioritization and execution coordination
  • Collaborate with the Community team to build efficient screening processes

Requirements:

  • Operationally sharp: build systems and processes instead of ad hoc workflows
  • Experienced in recruiting ops, workforce planning, or growth operations
  • Data-driven: track funnel metrics and systematic problem-solving
  • Strong executor comfortable with ambiguity
  • Creative about sourcing candidates, finding unconventional channels
  • Excellent written communicator for job postings and outreach messages
  • Background in high-volume or technical recruiting preferred
