Job Description
Technical Operations Builder leading development of AI-powered operational tooling for a $1.3B marketplace. Responsible for building systems from scratch and expanding technical capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Own the technical delivery of operational tooling stack
- Build and maintain the Zendesk ecosystem
- Expand into broader business systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to prove impact
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical operations
- Proficiency in AI-powered operational tooling and Zendesk
- Strong understanding of operational tech frameworks
- Experience with building systems from scratch
