Job Description
Technical Architect leading digital transformation projects for clients, utilizing Salesforce platform for business goals. Involvement includes strategy planning, implementation, and continuous optimization.
Responsibilities:
- 主導從企業系統願景規劃、策略擬定到實際導入與落地運行的完整流程
- 參與具代表性的轉型專案，從前期策略規劃到實際導入上線，協助客戶將轉型藍圖落實為可執行的成果
- 協助客戶評估與導入Agentforce等新一代AI解決方案
- 參與專案各個關鍵階段，累積完整且具深度的實戰經驗
- 支援需求定義、設計、開發與測試等各階段工作
Requirements:
- 7年以上的實務經驗，並曾擔任主要推動角色
- 3年以上團隊帶領或專案領導經驗
- 能夠與客戶高階主管及相關利害關係人有效溝通
- 良好的跨部門及跨角色溝通能力
- 能快速理解業務需求、Salesforce 相關技術概念及專案方法
- 具備學習新技術的意願與行動力
- 具備實踐「批判性思考」與「歸零學習」的能力
- 中文: 母語等級
- 英文: 商務英文溝通能力
