Job Description
Technical Business Analyst bridging analytical thinking with execution at Rumor, a global design and development team. Support projects by defining scopes, validating opportunities, and utilizing AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Define and document project scopes for internal and client-facing initiatives, including apps, tools, and operational workflows
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic and product decisions
- Evaluate new ideas, opportunities, and concepts, providing structured validation and recommendations
- Identify and assess appropriate AI tools, platforms, or workflows for solving specific problems.
- Help create multiple new feature documentations and support project management and teams in execution.
- Build lightweight prototypes or proof-of-concepts using AI or no-code/low-code tools
- Test concepts, capture learnings, and report feasibility insights
- Translate ambiguous ideas into actionable documentation, briefs, or implementation plans
- Maintain organized documentation, research outputs, and scope definitions
- Introduce innovative initiatives involving internal tools and AI experimentation
- Support different teams in getting concepts and/or projects to life.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar analytical/strategy-focused role
- Strong structured thinking and ability to turn ideas into clear scopes or plans
- Comfort working with ambiguity and early-stage concepts
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms would be a huge plus.
- Ability to build basic working prototypes using no-code or AI-powered tools.
- Excellent written English communication.
- Availability aligned with PST timezone.
