Job Description
Technical Consultant providing veterinary product support and training for Elanco's Pet Health portfolio. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer relationships and product success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical & consultative skill training, coaching and support to the sales teams
- Deliver virtual group and one on one training to veterinary teams
- Develop relationships with key customers and KOLs
- Work with marketing to develop support materials and programmes
- Provide technical support to customer inquiries and adverse event reports
- Support all efforts around the launch of our products
Requirements:
- Veterinary qualification (MRCVS)
- At least 2 years of relevant technical experience
- High technical ability and learning agility
- Empathy and passion for the animal health business
- Demonstrated strong commercial business acumen and results driven mindset
- High standard of technological literacy
- Strong presentation skills
