Job Description

Technical Customer Success Manager guiding customers adopting Akuity’s Kubernetes GitOps platform. Managing strategic accounts from onboarding through renewal while driving adoption, advocacy, and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to renewal
  • Build customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to drive value from Akuity’s products and services
  • Lead strategic meetings and Executive Business Reviews
  • Drive implementation and onboarding to accelerate time to value
  • Develop and nurture customers for advocacy and long-term partnerships
  • Define and achieve business and technical goals, KPIs, and success metrics with customers
  • Partner with sales on renewals, expansions, and up-sell opportunities
  • Advocate customer needs across product, engineering, marketing, and support teams
  • Manage accounts across different stages of the customer lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting customers in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar role
  • Prior experience working with clients of all sizes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and executives
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Self-starter who is naturally curious and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Nice to have: 5+ years of overall experience in customer-facing roles
  • Nice to have: Technical background, ideally with hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with DevOps, GitOps, or Cloud Native technologies
  • Nice to have: Experience driving adoption, retention, and customer advocacy
  • Nice to have: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in the DevOps ecosystem
