Job Description

Technical leader for service robots responsible for structuring operations and training in Germany. Directly involved in installations, documentation, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • You are Sebotics' first technical lead in Germany, establishing structures, building expertise, and laying the foundation.
  • You install equipment, document processes, create training materials, produce videos, and bring order to workflows.
  • Later, you will lead your own team, train new technicians, and ensure every customer experiences the same Sebotics quality.
  • You are onsite to train staff, troubleshoot technical issues, install devices, and get systems up and running.
  • When not on assignments, you stay proactive: calling customers to follow up, creating learning materials, or sharing what you're working on via LinkedIn.

Requirements:

  • Technical qualification (mechatronics, IT, electronics or similar)
  • Enjoy building structure, taking responsibility, and doing hands‑on setup work
  • Strong communication skills — written, by phone, and in person
  • A strong 'get things done' mentality
  • Willingness to travel (multi‑day / multi‑week assignments possible)
  • Very good German, good English
  • A desire not just to be part of a system but to build it
