Job Description
Technical Leader at Stefanini coordinating IRM solutions and team activities. Engaging in risk management and compliance processes with a focus on innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Direction: Act as the technical focal point, directing, supporting and coordinating the team's day-to-day activities on the project.
- Implementation and Configuration: Develop and implement complex workflows within the IRM module.
- Process Automation: Configure forms, business rules and necessary parameterizations to support the Risk and Compliance areas.
- Data Architecture: Develop dashboards and strategic reports to monitor governance indicators.
- Partnership with the Business: Actively support modeling of the client's risk, compliance and internal control processes, translating needs into technical solutions.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in IRM / GRC: Deep knowledge of tools and modules focused on Integrated Risk Management.
- Background in Compliance and Internal Controls: Clear understanding of audit processes, risk mapping and compliance flows.
- Solution Development: Hands-on experience creating workflows, configuring forms and building dashboards.
- Senior Profile: Strong technical maturity to architect solutions and resolve complex issues on the platform.
