Job Description

Technical Product Manager overseeing complex insurance rating engine and lead management platform. Collaborating with teams on product strategy, technical specifications, and partner integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap for Coverage Navigator
  • Manage the lifecycle of carrier integrations
  • Define data standards and integration patterns
  • Partner with carrier representatives to stay ahead of changes
  • Monitor platform health and quote performance metrics
  • Own the product strategy for the lead management platform
  • Manage direct API integrations with partners
  • Ensure lead data integrity end-to-end
  • Work closely with the CRM Product Manager to align roadmaps
  • Translate complex technical requirements into product specifications
  • Act as the primary contact for carrier technical teams
  • Represent the platform in business reviews and leadership updates
  • Identify and escalate integration risks and data quality issues

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Strong technical foundation for API-driven products
  • Hands-on experience managing API integrations
  • Experience with high-volume data ingestion or lead management platform
  • Ability to write clear product requirements
  • Strong analytical mindset to monitor platform performance
  • Excellent communication skills
