Job Description

Technical Product Manager shaping MailerLite’s platform, APIs, AI interfaces, and developer experience. Enabling engineers and internal teams at a global email marketing service.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the technical lead to drive the strategy and roadmap for Platform
  • Develop a deep understanding of platform needs and priorities
  • Lead initiatives involving the public API and developer experience, including versioning, documentation, and observability
  • Work on AI and agent interfaces such as MCP
  • Address deliverability and safety to keep the platform clean for legitimate senders
  • Work with data and reporting platforms
  • Collaborate closely with SRE on performance and scale
  • Work on shared foundations used by other teams, including the design system and regulatory work
  • Collaborate with customers, development, design, SRE, customer support, and marketing
  • Deliver impactful features, launch projects seamlessly, and drive innovative product improvements
  • Define, analyze, and optimize metrics to grow MailerLite, measure impact, and report progress
  • Apply product management best practices, including product discovery, data insights, and AI-driven innovation

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working in a SaaS-focused company
  • Experience with platform, infrastructure, API, or internal-tooling products serving engineers, internal teams, or external developers
  • Solid understanding or working knowledge of APIs and integrations
  • Experience scoping integration work with engineers
  • Solid understanding of MCP and current AI trends
  • AI-first approach to research, documentation, and delivery
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience aligning multiple product areas and stakeholders
  • Experience working in agile environments alongside high-performing backend developers
  • Experience leading refinement, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization
  • Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data and AI insights
  • Ability to own the end-to-end idea-to-product process as a self-directed development team member
  • Experience with ProductOps is a bonus
  • Based in Europe
