Job Description
Technical Product Manager owning roadmap and execution for Fit:match’s AI body-insights platform. Translating healthcare, sports, and retail needs into technically sound products.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for one or more areas of the Body AI portfolio across healthcare, sports, and retail
- Translate ambiguous domain workflows, computer vision capabilities, and data pipelines into clear specifications, requirements, and prioritized backlogs
- Partner with engineering on system design and architecture decisions, including scope and sequencing trade-offs
- Define and track success metrics, using product analytics to guide prioritization
- Collaborate with clinicians, sports scientists, retail and apparel partners, design, and leadership
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through delivery and post-launch iteration
- Establish and evolve product processes, tooling, and documentation standards
- Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product management with direct, ongoing collaboration with engineering teams
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with computer vision, machine learning, or 3D/spatial data products, or prior hands-on software engineering and/or data architecture experience
- Ability to understand and reason about technical architecture, including system design, data flow, APIs, and technical trade-offs
- Track record of shipping complex, technically demanding products from ambiguous requirements to launch
- Experience defining success metrics and using product analytics to inform decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, resource-constrained startup environment
- Experience establishing product processes at an early-stage company
- Preferred: experience in healthcare, sports/athletic performance, retail/apparel, or comparable measurement-critical or performance-critical domains
- Preferred: experience designing products that present probabilistic or ML-driven output clearly and trustworthily
- Preferred: experience working with clinicians, athletic trainers, or retail/apparel partners
