Job Description

Technical Product Manager leading backlogs, integrations, and releases for Tech9’s AI-centered software solutions. Coordinating engineering and business teams to deliver adaptable, future-ready products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of assigned product initiatives from planning through implementation
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical dependencies
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and product documentation
  • Observe real-world product usage and turn observations and stakeholder needs into actionable engineering work
  • Coordinate across engineering, design, product, and business teams to deliver enhancements and new capabilities
  • Support product discovery, roadmap execution, and release planning
  • Evaluate technical solutions, third-party platforms, system integrations, APIs, and connected systems
  • Manage delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Monitor product performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements using data and user feedback
  • Coordinate product releases, implementation activities, and post-launch validation
  • Translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders while communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product management processes and practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar technical product or program management role
  • Strong, hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Proven experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience working with APIs, system integrations, third-party platforms, and interconnected systems
  • Ability to understand and manage a product end-to-end across its systems and user workflows
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple engineering, product, and business teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar
  • Based in the United States (preferred)
  • Experience with payment or credit card terminal integrations is a major bonus, but not required
  • Experience using product analytics and user feedback to drive prioritization decisions
  • Background in healthcare, veterinary, or other multi-location service businesses
