Job Description
Technical Program Manager overseeing field and task-level project performance at Macalogic. Engaging with the Department of Commerce and facilitating Agile processes while managing multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical program management support to the Department of Commerce (DOC), International Trade Administration (ITA)
- Oversee all aspects of field and/or task-level project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial)
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and supervise personnel involved in all aspects of project activity
- Organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
- Manage integration of tasks and track project deliverables
- Recommend actions to direct analysis and solutions of problems and exercise a high level of analytical skill in solving non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, gather and refine business requirements, and ensure cross-team alignment while managing risks, dependencies, and timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience performing in a technical leadership role
- Knowledge and expertise supporting enterprise programs
- Experience with agile development methods
- Experience with cloud data services
- Knowledge and expertise supporting multiple AI/ML initiatives
- Strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework
- Knowledge of how to diagnose problems, think critically, organize information, and develop optimal solutions for complex issues
- Must be U.S. Citizen
- Excellent oral, written, and communication in English
- Must be able to work in a team environment with diverse members
- Must be able to perform with minimal management oversight and have strong time management skills.
