Job Description

Technical Project Manager at Codekeeper leading technical projects in a remote-first environment. Overseeing project execution and collaboration between engineering and business teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical projects from inception to completion, breathing life into project ideas with your structured planning and pragmatic execution.
  • Transform technical requirements into tangible successes, leveraging your unique blend of technical understanding and analytical skills.
  • Monitor the heartbeat of project progress with an eagle eye, setting ambitious yet attainable deadlines.
  • Act as the pivotal bridge between engineering teams and department heads, translating technical detail into clear business language.
  • Embrace technical and organizational challenges with a problem-solving mindset, navigating through obstacles with agility.
  • Cross the finish line with projects that not only meet the brief but also set new standards of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in utilizing contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, Google Docs, etc.
  • Prior experience in technical project management, or in software/product delivery with an emphasis on problem-solving.
  • Enough technical fluency to work comfortably with developers—understanding workflows, dependencies, and trade-offs (no coding required).
  • A proactive doer who's eager to actively participate and tackle challenges head-on.
  • Proficiency in English, covering both written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking.
  • A preference for pragmatism over idealism.
  • Ability to adapt, to manage various tasks and able to prioritize
