Job Description
Technical Sales Manager leading business development and revenue growth in Semiconductor cleanroom services. Identifying opportunities and building strategic customer relationships for Astro Pak.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within Semiconductor & Microelectronics markets.
- Generate and maintain a robust pipeline through market research, networking, industry engagement, and lead follow-up.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service solutions that align with customer requirements and Astro Pak capabilities.
- Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers solve complex contamination control, precision cleaning, cleanroom, and ultra-high purity system challenges.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Semiconductor & Microelectronics markets, industry trends, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements.
- Partner closely with Inside Sales, Estimating, Customer Service, and Operations teams to advance opportunities and ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of successful quota-carrying sales and business development experience.
- Demonstrated experience selling into Semiconductor and/or Microelectronics markets.
- Proven track record of generating new business and growing strategic customer accounts.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex service solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.
- Valid Class C driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to comply with U.S. Export Control regulations and federally mandated requirements.
