Job Description

Technical Support Engineer providing pre-sales and post-sales support for surveying and construction equipment. Involves installation, troubleshooting, training, and customer support in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers pre- and post-sales
  • Perform equipment installation, testing, demonstrations, and troubleshooting
  • Deliver customer training and produce German-language manuals, videos, and documentation
  • Gather user feedback and coordinate with headquarters for product improvements
  • Support setup of local service centers and perform minor equipment repairs
  • Assist the Sales Manager with customer visits and product certification tasks

Requirements:

  • German national, fluent in German and English
  • 3–5 years of technical support / FAE experience with surveying or construction equipment
  • Strong hands-on skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel regularly for field service
  • Valid driver’s license
