Job Description

Technical Writer and Documentation Specialist developing clear documentation for federal website maintenance and design efforts with a focus on operational continuity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and well-organized documentation in support of a federal website maintenance and design effort
  • Support monthly reporting, SOP development, technical and operational documentation, transition documentation, meeting summaries, process guides, and other materials needed to support contract execution and system continuity
  • Edit written content for clarity, consistency, grammar, formatting, and compliance with federal standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, technical writing, public health, information systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, editing, or federal reporting support
  • Strong writing, editing, and document organization skills
  • Experience preparing SOPs, user guides, progress reports, or operational documentation
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical or programmatic information into clear written products
