Job Description
Territory Business Manager responsible for driving sales growth and customer base development for Magnum Ice Cream in New Zealand. Engaging new businesses and maintaining existing accounts for optimal ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and deliver monthly targets
- Profitably develop current customer base sales targets
- Maintain and develop a profitable customer base through new business acquisition
- Ensure all accounts return a sustainable ROI through disciplined investment in assets, promotions, and trade activity
- Deliver perfect store merchandise excellence within territory to drive impulse purchase
- Manage and maintain a new business pipeline to expand customer base
Requirements:
- 1-2 years field sales experience
- Full driver’s license
- Great communication & relationship management skills
- Ability to problem solve through fair negotiation
- Territory sales management
- CRM database fluency
- A love of ice cream!
