Job Description
Territory Sales Manager selling plastic food packaging solutions across France for Niederwieser Group. Acquiring customers, growing revenue, and managing regional B2B sales relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve short-, medium-, and long-term sales targets for plastic packaging solutions, including printed films, bags, and custom label printing solutions in the sales territory
- Proactively acquire new and existing customers across large, medium, and small companies
- Sustainably maintain existing business relationships
- Create annual plans, manage budgets, and analyze market and customer data to support strategic decisions
- Use the CRM system for visit reports, customer care, and documenting sales activities
- Collect customer feedback and develop ideas for new sales channels and product portfolio development
- Handle complaints in coordination with the QM department
- Analyze competitors and price developments to optimize sales processes
- Negotiate special prices and conditions in consultation with sales management
- Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve quick decisions
- Drive revenue and build strong client relationships
- Understand customer needs and effectively present products
- Report to the Sales Director Italy & France
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in the packaging industry, especially with plastic packaging for food industry, ideally
- Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and able to convince people
- Proficient in French (fluent)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Italian language skills are a plus
- Mobile and willing to travel within your region
- Class B driver's license
- Strong identification with the brand and plastic packaging products
- Ability to convey passion for the products
