Job Description
TPA and Insurance Regulatory Licensing Specialist managing licensing applications for compliance within a diverse regulatory environment. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in licensing and regulatory monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process new and renewal licensing applications for accuracy and compliance.
- Track state insurance and TPA regulatory changes to ensure all credentials remain current.
- Maintain organized, secure, and audit‑ready licensing records.
- Provide guidance on licensing requirements and respond to inquiries from staff and partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in TPA licensing AND insurance producer/entity licensing.
- Solid understanding of state statutes and regulatory terminology.
- Proficiency with databases, MS Office, and AI/Copilot tools.
