Job Description

Trade sales enablement manager driving LATAM pipeline execution for Havenly’s AI-powered home brands. Automating CRM, rep enablement, lifecycle campaigns, and cross-functional trade operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own routing logic for inside and outside sales rep books, including prioritization, assignment, reassignment, and firm-linking
  • Drive sales teams to work trade pipelines using triggered alerts and account-prioritization views
  • Build enablement for DE and retail teams, including training, playbooks, perks, tier fluency, and a central resource hub
  • Motivate a large retail team through contests, SPIFFs, and clear targets
  • Manage tier-progression mechanics and verify delivery of earned perks and benefits
  • Manage promotional and pricing mechanisms supporting cross-brand shopping
  • Run the trade special-order request process from intake and approval through delivery
  • Feed field learnings back to marketing and sales leadership
  • Write, QA, and iterate trade sequences across acquisition, onboarding, and re-engagement
  • Test and optimize messaging to improve conversion, repeat, and cross-brand rates
  • Handle day-to-day trade CRM and HubSpot administration and data integrity
  • Build self-serve dashboards and automated alerts for application health, application-to-order conversion, and tier movement
  • Surface leading indicators including primed leads, idle accounts, stalled deals, and tier gaps
  • Deliver recommendations on book structure, engagement volume, sales activities, and deal management
  • Act as the single point of contact for trade across CX and Supply Chain
  • Define escalation steps and expected response times
  • Find and unblock stuck orders before delivery friction costs accounts

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in B2B, trade, or wholesale sales operations and enablement
  • CRM administration and reporting experience; HubSpot strongly preferred
  • Experience building automated outreach sequences and lifecycle campaigns
  • Proven experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently in an async environment
  • Strong analytical skills, including building funnel reporting and turning findings into a prioritized action plan
  • Experience driving a sales team to a number without managing it directly
  • Clean, on-brand customer-facing writing and ability to QA others' writing
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and owning an escalation process
  • Curiosity about AI-assisted tools and eagerness to adopt them
  • Bonus: experience with loyalty or membership programs, multi-brand or marketplace retail, or CX and supply chain escalation design

Benefits:

  • Training, playbooks, perks and tier fluency enablement
  • Earned perks and benefits through trade tier progression
  • Contests and SPIFFs
  • AI-assisted tools and adoption opportunities
  • Remote work arrangement
  • Long-term contract engagement
