Job Description
Trade Specialist supporting Acosta’s retail sales services through trade analysis and reconciliation. Managing client systems, contracts, deductions, KPIs, and cross-functional operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic client systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency across processes
- Analyze and compare client contracts for dates, rates, and product details to ensure compliance and precision
- Audit client events to validate deduction application accuracy and uphold financial integrity
- Drive timely reconciliation processes between client requests, deduction balances, and customer timelines
- Own key performance indicators (KPIs) for open deduction balances and deliver insightful reporting on client KPIs and outstanding balances
- Provide problem-solving support for Global Business Services, including customer backup documentation and SOP updates
- Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly collaboration cadences with cross-functional teams to align on goals and resolve challenges
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Ability to work with data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights
- Highly analytical with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Strong business judgment and confidence in decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines
