Job Description
Trainer:in supporting the competence development of course participants. Conducting lessons and assessments remotely in Germany with a focus on software development.
Responsibilities:
- As an employee of WBS TRAINING you represent your field with passion and vision
- In your role as an instructor, the primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants
- In your lesson design you see yourself both as a knowledge provider and as a learning facilitator (Learning 4.0)
- This includes subject-specific teaching from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Use of a variety of teaching methods for lesson design
- Preparation and development of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum
- Conducting assessments to measure competency growth
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in Application Development or equivalent
- At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience
- Solid knowledge and skills across various areas of software development and information technology
- Comprehensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Practical experience in software development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other relevant web technologies
- Knowledge of databases and SQL, software architecture and design, virtualization (Hyper-V), as well as operating systems, system architecture and security practices
- Proof of pedagogical qualification (e.g., AEVO trainer certificate)
- Methodical and didactic aptitude for teaching content
- Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
