Job Description
Trainer for No-Code Apps supporting business processes in a remote, part-time role. Focusing on learner success, coaching, and individual learning processes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the learners' success and motivation.
- Support learners in their individual learning processes.
- Assist in the creation of a functioning no-code app to support a business process.
- Encourage active engagement with learning content.
- Stimulate exchange about what has been learned using innovative formats.
- Supervise individual completion of assignments.
- Support the (further) development of the product.
- Deliver instruction from a home office (remote).
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in no-code business process automation and AI agents.
- Extensive practical experience in business process automation and in developing no-code apps for business processes.
- Degree in information technology, business administration, or another relevant field and/or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid knowledge in building simple applications to support processes.
- Knowledge of database structure and data modeling.
- Proficient in user flows and UX.
- Experience introducing tools and their features to users.
- Knowledge of integrations/interfaces with other tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Ability to use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
