Job Description
Trainer in No-Code Apps responsible for learner success in business process automation courses. Flexible remote working and development opportunities in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for participants' learning success and motivation as a trainer
- Guide participants in creating a functioning No-Code app to support a modeled business process, including presenting the app
- Encourage active engagement with the course content and its practical application
- Stimulate group exchange about what has been learned using innovative formats
- Supervise participants' individual handling of project tasks and evaluate these assignments
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the product
- Deliver instruction remotely (home office)
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in No-Code business process automation & AI agents (2+ years)
- Extensive hands-on experience in business process automation and developing No-Code apps for business processes
- Degree in information technology, business administration/economics, or another relevant field and/or equivalent professional experience
- Solid knowledge of building simple applications for process support and the ability to explain concepts clearly
- Strong knowledge of database structure and data modeling
- Proficient in user flows and UX, with the ability to demonstrate these principles in practice
- Experience introducing/onboarding the tool and the ability to confidently convey its functionality
- Knowledge of interfaces/integrations with other tools and their clear, practical use
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
- Ability to apply generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) purposefully to support automation processes
