Job Description
Trainer developing competencies in sustainable building practices for WBS TRAINING. Conducting courses remotely and assisting learners in the WBS LearnSpace 3D ® environment.
Responsibilities:
- As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING you represent your field with passion and foresight.
- In your role as a trainer, the development of course participants' competencies is the primary focus.
- In your lesson design you act both as a provider of input and as a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0!
- This includes subject-related teaching from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D ®.
- Application of various teaching methods for course design.
- Preparation and creation of course-related learning materials according to the curriculum.
- Conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for residential and non-residential buildings.
- Case studies from projects, training experience or project reports in sustainable and energy-efficient construction.
- Excellent command of German (C2 level).
Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Building Services Engineering (TGA).
- Several years of professional experience in assessing buildings according to QNG and within the Climate-Friendly New Construction program.
- Preparation and analysis of Life Cycle Assessments using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD and ETU-Planner.
- Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings.
- Recognition as an energy efficiency expert.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
- Initial experience in internal training, continuing education or presenting case studies.
- Methodological and didactic skill in teaching content.
- An independent and structured working style with a high level of personal responsibility.
