Job Description

Senior Learning & Development Specialist overseeing training programs and quality assurance at AIS. Engaging in mission-driven projects with a focus on training development and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs while integrating Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) standards into all aspects of project execution
  • Ensuring staff readiness, enforcing quality metrics, and managing risk mitigation strategies
  • Developing and maintaining Playbooks for training and QASP compliance
  • Overseeing staff training and upskilling programs to ensure workforce readiness
  • Enforcing and tracking QASP metrics across all deliverables
  • Managing Contracting Officer (CO)-level review processes for quality assurance
  • Handling deliverable escalation and ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Performing complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and systems related to project execution

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in training development, quality assurance, and project execution
  • Agile Scrum certification required; PMP preferred
  • Active Top Secret Clearance is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of QASP principles and training methodologies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
