Job Description
Operations Leader overseeing turbine airfoils supply base performance while managing supplier metrics and internal customer communication. Implementing strategies for operational improvements and digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Owns daily/weekly/monthly total performance view linking supply, quality, and delivery performance across all airfoil suppliers and internal routings
- Create a consolidated risk register and mitigation plans with clear owners, timelines, and impacts to programs and customers
- Act as the key interface to internal customers (Programs, Services, Manufacturing Sites) to align actions, priorities, and constraints
- Design and implement tiered operating rhythms including supplier reviews, risk reviews, SIOP syncs, and quality health checks
- Own the digital solutions strategy for turbine airfoil castings operations; define requirements and measure value realization
- Drive SQDC improvements: OTD, FTY, lead time, delinquency reduction, and readiness to rate
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management
