Job Description

UC & Connectivity Sales Specialist focused on customer engagement and solution delivery at Radius Connect Solutions. Supporting Account Managers and BDMs while leading customer demonstrations to articulate value.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Managers and BDMs in customer meetings to identify challenges, shape solutions and articulate value
  • Lead and deliver customer demonstrations (remote and on-site), tailoring demos to customer needs and outcomes
  • Work as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, helping customers clearly see how our solutions address their pain points
  • Engage with customers across a wide range of sizes and sectors
  • Work closely with your aligned AMs and BDMs, building strong, collaborative relationships
  • Help upskill Account Managers and BDMs, enabling them to identify opportunities and confidently introduce specialist solutions
  • Share best practice, success stories and market insight with the wider sales team
  • Act as a bridge between sales, delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth customer journeys

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Unified Communications, Contact Centre and/or Connectivity solutions
  • Experience in a sales specialist, pre-sales or overlay role
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills (remote and in-person)
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions in a simple, customer-focused way
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Commercially minded with a passion for helping customers solve real problems
