Job Description
Experienced UX Designer shaping intuitive digital experiences for clients. Collaborating with product managers and engineers on user-centered designs across diverse projects.
Responsibilities:
- Shape intuitive, user-centred experiences for clients’ digital products and services
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, strategists, and fellow designers to align user needs with business outcomes
- Define experience strategy and translate it into high-quality deliverables such as complex workflows, user journeys, wireframes, interaction models, UI designs, and prototypes
- Assist in conducting user research through methods such as interviews, workshops, and usability testing
- Analyze and synthesize user feedback to inform design decisions
- Create site maps, wireframes, and prototypes to define the structure and flow of the product
- Design user interfaces that are functional and visually appealing
- Develop interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts
- Maintain and contribute to design systems to ensure visual consistency and scalability across platforms and products
- Assist in planning and conducting usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs
- Create and maintain design documentation, including personas, journeys, maps, and wireframes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- An available online portfolio
- Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
- Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution
- Experience with common design software (Figma, Adobe, etc)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
