Job Description
Mid-level UX Designer for HR & Payroll SaaS with focus on complex workflows and user experience. Collaborate with team to transition from discovery to prototypes ensuring consistency in design.
Responsibilities:
- Design workflows for a high-density HR & Payroll SaaS
- Conceptualize and create digital experiences
- Complex workflow design for payroll processing
- Analyze legacy screens and design improvements
- Build clickable prototypes in Figma and conduct user testing
- Contribute to internal UI Kit and ensure consistency
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Design
- Mastery of Complexity
- Information Architecture
- Fluent in English
- Spanish language skills are a massive plus
