Job Description
UX/UI Designer crafting user-centered digital experiences for scalable enterprise applications at Netrix Global. Collaborating on designs and optimizing usability across platforms with a focus on modern technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the design of user-centered digital experiences by participating in needs analysis, defining workflows, and continuously improving usability in web and/or mobile applications.
- Create visually appealing, consistent interfaces that align with the design system, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and visual consistency across all digital products.
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET MVC and Web API.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party systems.
- Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, enabling the rapid validation of ideas and the communication of solutions to stakeholders.
- Support user research activities (interviews, surveys, benchmarking, heuristic analysis) to understand behaviors, problems, and opportunities for improvement in the user experience.
- Apply basic usability principles (Nielsen's heuristics, UX best practices) and collaborate on the implementation of accessibility standards.
- Work in a way that respects and contributes to existing design systems, ensuring visual consistency and the reuse of components.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that designs are implemented correctly, participating in handoffs and reviews.
- Iterate on designs based on internal feedback and user data, demonstrating the ability to learn and continuously improve.
- Document design decisions, workflows, and components, ensuring clear communication with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of design fundamentals: UX principles (user-centered design), Usability heuristics, Information architecture, User flows, Visual design (typography, color, spacing)
- Practical experience with: Figma (preferred), Adobe XD / Sketch (optional)
- Ability to: Create wireframes, Design high-fidelity mockups, Build interactive prototypes, Interaction & Visual Design
- Basic knowledge of: Responsive design, Grid systems, UI componentization, Visual consistency and hierarchy
- Research & Validation Experience with testing tools (Maze, Hotjar, Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of Design Thinking
- Interest in accessibility (WCAG)
- UX Writing (microcopy)
- Experience with published freelance or personal projects
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Basic use of collaboration tools (Jira, Notion, Miro)
- Portfolio (Required) An active portfolio featuring UX/UI projects that demonstrate: Design process (problem → research → solution), Wireframes and prototypes, Justified design decisions, User-centered thinking
