Job Description
VBDC sales agent at Cars Commerce engaging customers interested in new or used vehicles. Achieving sales objectives while maintaining professional communications with leads and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving and exceeding the VBDC’s objectives with respect to customer service standards, sales objectives, call duration and other objectives
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times: on the phone and in emails
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience and ability to identify a sales opportunity
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to produce engaging, thoughtful and relevant content for press releases and bylines
- Sense of initiative, adaptability, meticulousness, and good judgment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align teams to work towards common goals
- Automotive industry expertise
