Job Description
Remote freelance FOREX conversion agent calling warm marketing leads for an FSC-regulated brand. Presenting compliant offers, handling objections, and converting leads across global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to assigned in-house marketing leads
- Build rapport and present the brand and its offering accurately
- Answer questions, handle objections, and move leads through the next steps
- Follow approved scripts, procedures and compliance requirements on every call
- Meet KPIs for call activity, call time, call quality and conversions
- Keep accurate records of calls and lead activity
- Manage your own daily workload independently
- Take part in ongoing training and compliance updates
Requirements:
- Proven sales or telesales experience in a conversion, call-centre or outbound sales environment
- Confidence on the phone and strong communication and persuasion skills
- Results-driven, with the ability to work without constant supervision
- Strong time management and self-discipline
- Ability to follow processes and stay compliant while selling
- Work-from-home experience preferred
- Regulated sales experience (e.g. forex/fintech) is an advantage
- As a freelancer, responsible for own taxes, social insurance and statutory obligations
