Job Description
HIH Vendor Outreach Agent managing healthcare data, Excel reports, and HIPAA-compliant records for Datavant’s healthcare data collaboration platform.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy
- Create, update, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
- Track project progress and ensure assigned tasks and deliverables are completed by established deadlines
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards
- Organize and prioritize multiple assignments while managing competing priorities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within designated systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and distribute information
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting updates
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives through strong time management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in data management, reporting, administrative support, operations, or a related field preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, formulas, filtering, sorting, and reporting functions
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate information accurately and effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
