Job Description

Overseeing vendor service delivery and compliance as a Vendor Management Coordinator for First American Title. Addressing vendor performance, audits, and contract management while working in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the oversight of service delivery and compliance from a variety of vendors.
  • Manage contract life cycle, create profiles, gather documentation, update vendor license information and communicate with vendor as necessary.
  • Assess vendor performance according to Company’s quality standards and policies, industry compliance, regulatory requirements, and adherence to applicable state and federal law requirements.
  • Conducts audits to measure user satisfaction, vendor delivery, and compliance.
  • Provide feedback/reporting to management.
  • May include generating leads and recruiting new vendors.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years related title experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service skills as demonstrated by the ability to effectively partner with vendors and customers.
  • Residential and commercial title experience; including title examination
  • Negotiation skills; Able to manage a customer’s needs when negotiating with vendors.
  • Knowledge of products, state regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions within defined procedures
  • Must be able to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks
  • PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, and Visio
