Job Description
Overseeing vendor service delivery and compliance as a Vendor Management Coordinator for First American Title. Addressing vendor performance, audits, and contract management while working in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the oversight of service delivery and compliance from a variety of vendors.
- Manage contract life cycle, create profiles, gather documentation, update vendor license information and communicate with vendor as necessary.
- Assess vendor performance according to Company’s quality standards and policies, industry compliance, regulatory requirements, and adherence to applicable state and federal law requirements.
- Conducts audits to measure user satisfaction, vendor delivery, and compliance.
- Provide feedback/reporting to management.
- May include generating leads and recruiting new vendors.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years related title experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service skills as demonstrated by the ability to effectively partner with vendors and customers.
- Residential and commercial title experience; including title examination
- Negotiation skills; Able to manage a customer’s needs when negotiating with vendors.
- Knowledge of products, state regulations and guidelines
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions within defined procedures
- Must be able to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks
- PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, and Visio
