Job Description
Contract Management Technician providing contract management support for Ensemble's healthcare revenue cycle solutions. Focus on contract loading, validation, and client inquiries in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Support client needs relative to contract management
- Responsible for contract loading, contract validation, troubleshooting, and training
- Collaborate with Ensemble Clients to assist with inquiries related to contract accuracy
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Epic certification and experience
- Knowledge of managed care organizations, contracts, and products
- Requires a high level of problem-solving ability, initiative and judgment
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Epic and/or other contract management software experience
